Christina is a competitive Olympic Weightlifter on a national and international masters level team. She is passionate about coaching, programming, and helping others to love weightlifting, increase skill, and work towards goals.

Coaching

Working with me means more than receiving a training program. You'll get individualized coaching designed around your goals, experience level, movement patterns, recovery, and life outside the gym.

Every program is built specifically for you and evolves as you do. Along the way, you'll receive personalized feedback, technique analysis, and ongoing support to help you move better, lift with confidence, and make consistent progress.

My coaching style is intentional and focused. I don't believe in overwhelming athletes with constant corrections. Sometimes our conversations will be about technique, and other times we'll explore mindset, confidence, recovery, or the factors affecting your training outside the gym. More cues don't always mean better results, but you'll always know what your current focus is and why it matters.
